- Honda Civic 1993-2000, engine code B16, B18C (VTEC cylinder heads)

- Specially designed for VTEC cylinder heads
- Can be used with the head mounted on the block
- Rocker arm shafts do not need to be removed
- Installation: First, use the two short bolts to attach the tool to the head, then place the retainer cap on the spring, and finally, tighten the long bolt to remove the retainer cap and release the spring
