If the buyer wishes to return a product, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the received goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered due to our fault, we will cover the shipping costs.
The reasons why you want to return the item:
1. Product Problem or Manufacturing Defect
- The buyer must provide photos or videos to show the problem.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing the exchange or refund. Our engineer will inspect each returned item. After inspection, if it is a manufacturing defect, you will receive the exchange or refund within 24 hours.
- The return shipping will be covered by the seller if it is a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, the return shipping will be covered by the buyer.
- If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us first. We are committed to ensuring you receive top-quality products and service.
- The return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- The buyer must contact the sales representative by email within 14 days of the item's arrival.
- The returned item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used is not eligible for return or exchange.
Please check the package when it arrives, DO NOT sign for a damaged package. It is your responsibility to personally sign for the delivery and inspect the package before signing anything. If you find the package broken, please ask the delivery person to file a shipping damage claim immediately. Please also provide us with your shipping damage case number via email, we will help you to receive compensation from the package service as soon as possible.
4. We shipped the wrong item
- Returned items must be in original condition.
- The buyer must contact us within 7 days of the item's arrival.
- We will take responsibility to fully compensate you or send you a new product once the returned item is received.
- If your shipment arrived with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- We will have the replacement items shipped to you from the fastest available source.
- The buyer should contact us as soon as possible.
- As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order free of charge.
- If you cancel an order after shipping or refuse delivery (except in the case of refusal due to shipping damage), it will be treated as a return, and shipping costs will be charged to you.
- The vast majority of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
- There is a manufacturer's warranty, and the products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty conditions and associated terms and conditions.
