Delivery to carrier shall constitute delivery of the goods to you, and thereafter risk of loss or damage shall pass to you. Any claim for shortage or damage during transit or delivery must be presented directly to the carrier. You must make any claim for shortage or damage occurring prior to maxpeedingrods.nl's delivery of the goods to the carrier within five (5) days after receipt of the goods and must be accompanied by original transportation document signed by the carrier noting that the carrier received the goods from maxpeedingrods.co.uk in the condition claimed. Notwithstanding transfer of risk of loss to you, title and possession of the goods sold hereunder shall remain with maxpeedingrods.co.uk until all payments hereunder, including deferred payments, interest, carrying charges shall have been paid in cash.
