Hyundai CHRA / cartridges
With a worn turbo you rarely need to replace the complete charger: the CHRA cartridge — shaft, wheels and bearing housing in one — is the part that wears, and that is exactly what we supply separately. For Hyundai we cover a broad field: the 2.5 TD (4D56) of the Galloper and Starex, the 2.5 CRDi (D4CB) of the H-1, the 2.2 CRDi (D4EB and D4HB) of the Santa Fe, the 2.0 CRDi (D4HA) of the Tucson and ix35, the 1.6 and 1.7 CRDi and the modern 1.0 and 1.4 T-GDi petrol engines. Many cartridges also fit the related Kia engines. Always go by the OEM or turbo number on your old turbo, for example 49135-07100 for the TF035 of the Santa Fe 2.2 CRDi (D4EB), and not by the model year alone.
