This drop box kit corrects the suspension geometry when raising the ride height by 3 to 5 inches.
Suitable for:
- Nissan Patrol GQ / GU, and Ford Maverick, with a 3-5 inch (75-125 mm) suspension lift
Scope of delivery
One pair of drop boxes + 2 bolts (as pictured). Warranty: 1 year.
Features
- Aftermarket part manufactured to quality standards, with OEM fit and function
- No drilling, cutting, or chassis modifications required
- Designed for 3-4 inch lifts, also usable with 3-5 inch lifts; for lifts above 5 inches, combine with castor correction bushes for a greater castor angle
- Better aligns the radius arms, allowing the wheels to follow the road surface more effectively, which improves comfort and traction
- Reduces preload on the rubber bushings for increased flexibility and longer lifespan
- Moves the front differential forward by approx. 10 mm for additional tire-to-body clearance
- Improves the pinion angle by approx. 8 mm by repositioning the differential housing carrier
- Provides a smoother ride as suspension components encounter less resistance within their natural arc
