Opel/Vauxhall CHRA / cartridges
The CHRA cartridge, also known as the core assembly, combines the shaft, compressor wheel, turbine wheel and bearings into one replaceable core of the turbo. If the damage is limited to this rotating part, the turbo on your Opel does not need to come off complete. Our range covers the 1.3 CDTi (Z13DTJ, Corsa D), 1.7 CDTI (Z17DTH, Astra and Combo), 1.9 CDTI (Vectra C 150 hp), 1.6 and 2.0 CDTi (B16DTL and B20DTH, Astra and Insignia) and the 1.6 and 2.3/2.5 dCi of the Vivaro and Movano. For the sporty driver there are billet cartridges for the Z20LEH from the Astra OPC. Before ordering, check the OEM or turbo number on your old turbo, for example 54359700005 for the Corsa D 1.3 CDTi, so the cartridge matches exactly.
