- Valve remains closed below 73°C so that oil goes directly to the filter and back to the engine, which shortens warm-up time
- From 73°C, the valve opens gradually and part of the oil is routed through the oil cooler; at 83°C, the valve is fully open
- 360° swivel fisheye fittings for optimal positioning
- Compact and lightweight design
- Four 1/8 NPT ports for mounting a temperature or pressure sensor
- CNC machined aluminum with anodized finish
