Turbocharger K04-015, an upgrade turbo that fits in the factory mounting position and uses all original lines (inlet, exhaust pipe, exhaust manifold and oil/coolant lines). The K04 has a larger compressor and turbine wheel for more power and torque than the standard K03, and tolerates higher boost pressure.

Features

• The turbine housing is made of nodular cast iron QT450-10, resistant to temperatures up to 700°C
• Steel turbine wheel made of special K418 alloy for high oxidation resistance and stability at temperatures up to 900°C

Please note

This is a universal turbo application, adaptation may be necessary for some vehicles. Check the old turbo part number and vehicle details against the OEM numbers above. Professional installation is highly recommended (no instructions included). Before installation, replace the air filter and engine oil, as impurities in old oil can damage the journal bearing and the turbo; after a major overhaul, let the old turbo run for 7-10 days before replacing it with the new turbo and new engine oil.
